Working with ECDH means reliability and flexibility – whether you’re looking at construction only, or design and construction, we approach every project with the same desire to build quality into every aspect of your new home.
Let’s meet
We meet with you at your home or parcel of land alongside your architect to discuss the overview of what you want and how we can achieve it.
If you’re yet to find an architect, speak with our team first. We work closely with a number of premium architectural firms across South East Queensland.
Refine for perfect
Once your plans are completed, we will work closely with your architect to refine anything that requires our experience and discuss any changes with you.
The timeline for this depends on the architect and your input in the design process. It can range anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks.
Let’s start
Your plans are submitted to council for approval or amends. This can take up to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of your plans.
With final plans in hand, we submit our official quote to you and contracts are signed to begin building your new home!
