From site assessment, working closely with architects and engineers to demolition through to premium high quality finishes, the ECDH team have the experience to deliver incredible results on your knockdown, rebuild project.
Let’s meet
We’ll meet you at the location to assess the site and open up discussions with your architect to discuss the overview of what you want and how best to achieve it.
If you’re yet to engage an architect, speak with our team first. We partner with a number of premium architectural firms across South East Queensland.
Refine for perfect
Once your plans are completed, we will work closely with your architect to refine anything that requires our experience and discuss any changes with you.
This will likely include discussions with the council and an engineer to ensure the relevant details are correct before demolition starts.
Let’s start
Your final plans are submitted to council for approval or amends while we assess the requirements for demolition – if there’s asbestos present, we’re qualified to remove it as part of the process.
Once all plans are finalised, we submit our official quote to you for signing of contracts.
