Get complete approval
Some councils have restrictions for residential heights, so appropriate checks need to be made with council first.
With the appropriate information in hand your plans are submitted to council for approval. Contracts with our team are signed.
Let’s start
With final, approved plans in hand, the East Coast Designer Homes team develop a finished timeline with you before commencing work.
You’ll need to move out for the agreed project period. Be ready to move into your 2 story home!
